Strength Band Training – 2nd Edition to be Released November 9th

The second edition of the popular “Strength Band Training” book is due to be released this November 9th.

The book has been updated with new exercises and techniques, including workout routines targeted at specific sports or parts of the body. With pictures illustrating each of the 160 different exercises (54 brand new ones), this is a great book to carry along with you to get the most out of your resistance band workouts.
